Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, our return process keeps it simple.
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Delivery damage must be reported within 48 hours.

Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 50,000 and above. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout or confirmed by our team before dispatch.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days and arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch. Custom-made pieces take longer — we confirm the date when you order.
Do you assemble the furniture?
Yes. Our delivery team carries the furniture into your room and assembles it for you.
What can I return?
Unused ready-made items within 7 days of delivery, in original condition. Custom-made pieces cannot be returned once production starts.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and billing email, or send your order number on WhatsApp.
