Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Ready items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days and arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch. Custom-made pieces take longer — we confirm the date when you order.
Is delivery free?
Yes — delivery is free on orders of Rs. 50,000 and above. For smaller orders the charge is shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Peshawar and other cities.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and billing email, or send your order number on WhatsApp.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched (or before production starts for custom pieces). Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unused ready-made items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Delivery damage must be reported within 48 hours. Custom-made pieces cannot be returned once production starts.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer within 7–10 working days after the returned item is inspected.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Custom-made orders may need a small advance, confirmed with your quote.
Can I get a better price on bulk orders?
Yes. Tap "Get a Custom Offer / Best Price" on any product, or contact us for corporate and bulk pricing.
Assembly & Setup
Do you assemble the furniture?
Yes. Our delivery team carries the furniture into your room and assembles it for you.
Product Care
How do I care for wooden furniture?
Dust with a soft dry cloth, keep away from direct sunlight, heaters and water, use coasters, and polish every 6–12 months.
How do I clean my sofa fabric?
Vacuum weekly with a soft brush and blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — never rub. Professional cleaning once a year keeps it fresh.
What wood do you use?
Seasoned, kiln-dried Sheesham and Malaysian Ash for frames, chosen to resist humidity and termites.
Warranty & Claims
What warranty do I get?
Solid-wood furniture has a 10-year structural frame warranty with anti-termite treatment. See the Warranty Policy for full details.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Send your order number, a short description and photos on WhatsApp or through the contact page. We will inspect and repair or replace covered parts.
Custom Furniture
Can you make furniture in a custom size, colour or fabric?
Yes. We make sofas, beds, dining sets, wardrobes and TV units to your exact measurements, wood, fabric and colour.
Can I see the furniture before buying?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our store in Multan, or ask for more photos or a video call on WhatsApp.
