These terms apply to all orders placed with COZY.PK through this website, WhatsApp, phone or our Multan store. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders
An order is confirmed once our team verifies it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues or incomplete details, and will refund any payment received in that case.
2. Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and offers can change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of your order applies.
3. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer / Raast. Custom-made orders may require an advance payment, which is confirmed with your quotation.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Please see Shipping & Delivery for charges and timelines. Someone should be available at the address to receive and inspect the furniture.
5. Custom furniture
Custom pieces are made to your approved size, material and colour, so they cannot be cancelled once production starts unless agreed in writing. Natural variations in wood and fabric shade may occur.
6. Returns and warranty
Returns and refunds follow our Refund and Returns Policy. Warranty coverage is described in our Warranty Policy.
7. Product images
We try to show products accurately, but colours can look different on screens and some images are for illustration.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
