What is covered
- 10-year structural frame warranty on solid-wood furniture (Sheesham and Malaysian Ash frames), including protection against termite damage to treated frames.
- Commercial warranty on office and corporate furniture — see the product page or your quotation for the exact term.
- Manufacturing defects in joinery, frames and fittings under normal household use.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear of fabric, leather, foam softening and finish over time.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, water or fire, direct heat, or moving the furniture without care.
- Repairs or modifications done by anyone other than COZY.PK.
- Natural variations in wood grain and colour, which are part of solid wood’s character.
How to make a claim
- Send your order number, a short description and clear photos on WhatsApp or through our contact page.
- Our team will review it and arrange an inspection if needed.
- Covered issues are repaired or the part is replaced; if that is not possible, we will offer a replacement.
